Return Policy
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES/FEES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
-Invoice must accompany all returns.
-All parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unless otherwise noted on the invoice, we will not accept any returns after 30 days.
-The part bears the identifying mark which appears on all of B&M Auto’s merchandise.
-No returns on special body cuts, or wiring cuts.
-No refunds on special order parts, or shipping charges.
-All expedited and air shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Parts must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.
-The part is not removed from the tamper-proof inspection bag.
-All Cores must be returned within 6 months. Incomplete Cores are not acceptable for credit.
-All refunds will be in the form of the original payment, if the original payment is made in cash, a refund check will be issued.
-All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
-All requests for price adjustments must be made within 10 days of the original invoice date, any claim after 10 days won’t be considered.
-Price adjustments will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price of the product.
-The part for which a price adjustment is being requested needs to be in the same returnable condition as when it was purchased.
-B&M may require documentation or photos of the damage as justification of any price adjustment.
-B&M may refuse price adjustment and request the product back for refund at their own discretion.
WARRANTY POLICY
ALL WARRANTIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
-Warrantied parts will be exchanged for a comparable part, if a comparable part is not available a refund will be offered in exchange for the original part.
-Warranties are non-transferable.
-Manufactures warranty only on new parts.
-Unless otherwise noted on the invoice, the warranty expires 90 days after the date of purchase. Requests for additional warranty coverage must be made at the time of sale. Claims made after this period of time will not be covered under warranty, no exceptions.
-B&M will not cover any labor costs unless a part and labor warranty is purchased and noted, at the time of sale, on the front of this invoice. No exceptions.
-Invoice must accompany all claims under warranty.
-Merchandise must be returned to the seller in the same condition as sold.
-Overheating voids all warranties.
-Defective transmissions, axle assemblies, and engine assemblies must be returned to the seller installed in the vehicle for the purpose of analysis before warranty coverage will be considered. The seller is not responsible for transporting immovable vehicles.
-New fluids, filters, seals, and gaskets must be used in the installation of the part. Engine oil must be of proper viscosity for the season of the year and transmission oil must be used in the type recommended by the Manufacture of the vehicle.
-Engine assemblies are understood to consist of a short block assembly and cylinder head(s). Any other parts left on the engine assembly at the time of sale are included for possible purchaser convenience only and are to be used at the purchaser’s option only. These parts are not covered under the warranty of the engine.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
-The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, rental vehicles, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss or consequential damages.
-Fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, or other materials or parts used in the installation of the purchaser’s part.
-Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation.
-Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or any part used under conditions that would cause greater than normal wear.
-Parts used for other than original application.
PURCHASER PLEASE NOTE:
-Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

DEPOSITS
-Deposits on parts are good for only 30 days. Addition payments must be made every 30 days thereafter or the deposit becomes non-refundable and the order is void. All deposits will be applied toward purchase price.
This is the extent of B&M Auto Sales & Parts Inc. warranty.
The purchaser understands in making this purchase that there are no other express or implied warranties of any nature, agrees to be subject to the above conditions. In the event of this being a credit transaction, the purchaser agrees to be bound for payment by credit conditions stated above.
